- Measure your feet placing your heel against the wall on a piece of paper.
- Trace your foot onto a piece of paper. Draw a line from the longest point (heel to toe) and another across the widest part (for width), then measure both with a ruler (in CM or IN)
- Repeat with the other foot and choose the longest.

The M89 Ground is a minimalist barefoot walking shoe designed to mimic the natural way of walking, encouraging healthier posture, stronger feet, and a deeper connection with the ground. With a refined design and responsible materials, it helps you reconnect with the world around you, step by step.
These zero-drop sneakers feature interchangeable insoles and an ultra-thin sole that keep you as close to the ground as possible, making every step feel natural and free.
- A sleeker feel, even for a barefoot shoe.
- Made with 100% Recycled Polyester from waste bottles.
- Interior: soft bamboo and recycled PET, from post-consumer plastic waste.
- Includes interchangeable insoles: - 5mm insole for added comfort and a smoother transition into barefoot footwear - 3mm insole for a more direct, closer-to-ground barefoot feel
- We fund the growth of one kelp in Canadian waters for each pair of sneakers sold.
- Ethically made in Portugal.
- Our packaging is 100% recycled & recyclable.
Please note that due to the non-chemical dye used in the bamboo lining, slight color transfer may occur during the first wears.

Returns
All unused products can be returned within 30 days*, excluding socks and the cleaning kit. You can choose between an exchange or refund.
Exchange: Need a different size or prefer another model? No problem — your first exchange is totally free.
Refund: If you request a refund to your original payment method, please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
